Week 1: Preparation

Module 1: Mindset Moment

The Mindset Moment module you’ll receive each week is an 8 – 10 minute centering recording. We’ll touch on the topic of the week to anchor it in and then lead you in a 5-minute deep breathing exercise. You can listen to this EVERY DAY for the week. It’s a great way to set your intention at the beginning of the day and/or a wonderful way to settle in at the end of the day.

With that, we invite you to relax into health, release the stress that’s been burdening you (and not helping your weight loss goals!) and develop a practice for intentionally creating your day we hope that will last well beyond the program.

Week 2: Detox & Restart

Monday kicks off Day 1 of the Eating Plan. It’s easy to follow because you’ll be feeding your body the nutrients it needs so you will not be hungry. Print out the pdf for handy tips including recipes for your protein shakes, healing herbs, how to find which foods to buy organic, and more.

Week 3: Mindset

This week’s theme is on Mindset. We are inviting you to take a journey with us below the surface of what is obvious to you.

Your beliefs, thoughts, emotions all impact your habits and behavior. It’s particularly important that this week you spend extra time with the assessments and hand-outs. They are intended to help you gain awareness around where stressors are triggering you and then help you to discover core values and strengths you long to express. Journaling on the questions will help to anchor your new awareness.

Week 4: Nourish

The theme as we move into Week 4 is Nourish.

You are only as healthy as the 9 trillion cells dancing throughout your body. Unfortunately the health of our cells is under attack on a daily basis by a number of stressors including emotional stress, toxins in the foods we consume and from our environment. This leads to a condition known as metabolic syndrome which is a low grade inflammation in the system now being seen as the precursor to more than 200 diseases.

This week we’ll show you how to nourish your cells with just what they need to stay in optimal health.

Week 5: Move & Recharge

In Lifestyle Advantage we take a different perspective toward exercise and sleep.  Exercise doesn’t have to be hard work and long work-outs.  Your body desires movement and play! Learn about our simple 3-2-1 Optimal Movement Plan designed to give your body the balance it desires for optimal strength, heart health and flexibility. It’s a simple plan anyone can do regardless of your current fitness level and fits into the busiest of days in a way that brings more play into your day.

Week 6: Transition to Health for Life

 

Congratulations! And welcome to the final week of the Lifestyle Advantage program! You’ve come a long way! We encourage you to transition your learning to a lifetime of health-promoting living. Touch base with yourself once a month to see if you are honoring yourself in these areas:

• Great Nutrition • Supplementation
• Sleep • Movement
• Stress Management/Create Your Day • Positive, supportive thinking
• Connection with dreams & desires
You’ve eliminated the 7 most highly food-intolerant foods, now it’s time to re-introduce them… one at a time. Follow the protocol carefully and you may come to realize there’s foods that just don’t agree with your body and you may want to avoid these most of the time — and others are just fine. We also share some tips on how to maintain for life (and how to get back on track after slip-ups).
